The Vietnam Bank Union officially launched the "Women of Wellbeing - Sewing habits, nourishing health" program in 2026.

The program aims to build a healthy lifestyle and improve health for union members and employees in the banking industry by forming and maintaining positive habits every day. This is also a practical activity of the Vietnam Bank Union to concretize the Project "Enhancing sustainable health for union members and employees in the banking industry in the period 2026-2030", and at the same time spread the spirit of proactive health care throughout the industry.

30 days of sowing habits - Starting a journey of healthy and sustainable living

The specific nature of the banking industry with high pressure, long working hours and frequent contact with computers can affect the physical and mental health of employees. Therefore, the program aims for small but practical changes, easy to implement and can be maintained for a long time.

From regular exercise, adjusting working posture, taking care of eyes, eating healthy, getting enough sleep to relaxing the mind and spending time for oneself, each positive habit contributes to creating a healthier and more balanced life.

Not placing emphasis on physical achievements, not creating pressure on weight or physique, "Women of Wellbeing" emphasizes self-awareness, perseverance and joy in the journey of self-care. Each participant is proactively able to choose habits that suit their needs, conditions and health goals.

The program is implemented through the VNUBW Plus application, helping union members and workers easily register, set goals, monitor and record daily training processes.

Each participant can choose up to 3 core health habits and participate in up to 5 challenges. Through check-in activities, accumulating Star points, receiving badges and interacting on applications, the program creates motivation to maintain positive habits, while promoting connection, sharing and spreading a healthy living spirit in the banking industry community.

The program is for union members, officials, civil servants, public employees and workers, regardless of gender, belonging to units in the Vietnam Bank Union system and credit institutions with foreign elements in Vietnam. Individual prizes are reserved for female union members and workers.
