The "Worker Cultural Space" model was built by the Trade Union of Sakurai Vietnam Co., Ltd. with many areas serving the learning, living and entertainment needs of union members and workers.

In which, the bookshelf area is arranged with books on laws, labor regulations, life skills, garment industry techniques and story books, contributing to forming reading habits and improving knowledge for workers.

In addition, the space also has a reading and relaxation area after working hours; a check-in corner serving birthday activities, company and trade union events; an area displaying achievements, certificates of merit, certificates of commendation, emulation flags and symbols of trade union organizations.

Along with the "Worker Cultural Space" model, the company's trade union also launched an online meeting room, serving meeting activities and information exchange.

According to representatives of the Trade Union of Sakurai Vietnam Co., Ltd., the construction of the model aims to create more space for activities, learning and exchange for union members and workers. Thereby, contributing to improving spiritual life, equipping knowledge and skills, and strengthening the connection between workers and businesses and trade union organizations.
