Ninh Binh - 49,795 union members in 5 industrial parks in Nam Dinh area are having stable jobs, with an average income of 6 - 8 million VND/person/month.
On October 8th, the Ninh Binh Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) held a conference to summarize the Trade Union work in the first 9 months of 2026 and announced the decision to establish grassroots Trade Unions (CĐCS) in industrial parks (KCN) in Nam Dinh area.
Accordingly, the Trade Union Board of Nam Dinh IP area is in charge of 84 grassroots trade unions with a total of 49,795 trade union members in 5 IPs Hoa Xa, Bao Minh, My Trung, My Thuan and Rang Dong.
The employment situation of workers is stable, businesses maintain production to create regular jobs for workers; salaries are guaranteed according to the regional minimum wage. The average income of workers is from 6 to 8 million VND/person/month.
The implementation of labor laws and regimes and policies related to the legitimate rights of workers in the majority of businesses is basically ensured, labor relations continue to improve. Workers strictly comply with state regulations and business regulations.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Vu Hong Minh - Vice Chairman of Ninh Binh Provincial Labor Federation, Head of the Industrial Park Trade Union - acknowledged and praised the efforts of the Nam Dinh Regional Industrial Park Trade Union in the first 9 months of 2026.

The Vice Chairman of the Ninh Binh Provincial Labor Federation requested the Trade Union Board of Nam Dinh Industrial Park to continue to accompany, guide, and directly support new grassroots trade unions to quickly grasp nghiệp vụ.
At the conference, the Ninh Binh Provincial Labor Federation announced the decision to establish 16 grassroots trade unions in industrial parks in Nam Dinh area.
In addition, 100 gifts from the Provincial Labor Federation were presented to 100 union members in difficult circumstances at 16 newly established grassroots trade unions.
