Hanoi has 2 online job transaction sessions connecting 8 provinces and cities in October
In October 2026, the Hanoi Employment Service Center will organize 2 online job transaction sessions connecting 8 provinces and cities.
According to Hanoi Employment Service Center, the online job transaction session connects 8 provinces and cities including: Hanoi, Thai Nguyen, Bac Ninh, Ninh Binh, Phu Tho, Tuyen Quang, Lang Son and Cao Bang.
It is expected that the first job transaction session will take place on October 8, and the second session will take place on October 15.
The sessions are organized at the job transaction floor - Hanoi Employment Service Center (including the main floor and 8 satellite job transaction floors), and also connected online with the Employment Service Centers of provinces and cities: Thai Nguyen, Bac Ninh, Ninh Binh, Phu Tho, Tuyen Quang, Lang Son and Cao Bang.
Representatives of the Hanoi Employment Service Center said that the organization of inter-provincial online job transaction sessions contributes to strengthening the application of information technology and digital transformation in job transaction activities; expanding the scope of connection between workers and businesses, thereby improving the efficiency of labor supply and demand connection.
It is expected that each session will have the participation of 60-80 units and businesses with recruitment, enrollment and labor export needs; specifically at the Hanoi Job Exchange, there are about 15-25 units and businesses directly participating.
The Hanoi Employment Service Center believes that participating in job transaction sessions are businesses from many economic sectors, schools and vocational training institutions, and units with the function of sending workers to work abroad.
Subjects eligible for support and connection include workers, trainees, and students who need to find jobs, learn a trade, learn about labor market information and go to work abroad, especially workers who are receiving unemployment benefits.
Through transaction sessions, employees can directly or online access employers, learn about job positions, recruitment requirements and choose jobs that suit their abilities, needs, and aspirations. Meanwhile, businesses have more channels to access human resources in Hanoi and localities participating in connection.
The organization of online job transaction sessions connecting 8 provinces and cities is expected to create more flexible and convenient labor transaction space, helping workers access more job information without being limited by geographical distance.
For businesses, this is an opportunity to expand the recruitment scope, access diverse human resources. The activity also contributes to strengthening information and data sharing about the labor market between job service centers, gradually improving the quality of job exchange activities in a professional, modern, information technology application and digital transformation direction, thereby improving the efficiency of labor supply and demand connection," said Mr. Vu Quang Thanh - Deputy Director of Hanoi Employment Service Center.
