Quan Thanh Commune Trade Union accompanies businesses in labor recruitment

On November 1st, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that the Quan Thanh commune delegation had visited, surveyed the production situation and worked with the Board of Directors, Viet Fast Co., Ltd. and JK Garment Company.

At the enterprises, the working delegation visited the production area, learned about working conditions, the working environment and listened to the thoughts and aspirations of workers. Representatives of the leaders of the two companies also reported on the production and business situation, labor use, recruitment needs and development orientations in the coming time.

At the working session, representatives of the Trade Unions of the two enterprises proposed that local authorities support connecting local labor sources, meeting the needs of expanding production; removing difficulties in site clearance, connecting traffic to create favorable conditions for workers to travel. At the same time, it was proposed to strengthen coordination in propaganda and mobilization of people to participate in working at enterprises and pay attention to protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers.

Leaders of Quan Thanh commune acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of the Board of Directors and employees of the two enterprises in maintaining production, creating jobs, income and contributing to local socio-economic development. The commune government affirmed that it will accompany the enterprise, support removing difficulties in infrastructure and site clearance according to its authority; and at the same time assigned the commune Trade Union to coordinate with the Trade Union of enterprises to promote propaganda, connect labor supply and demand, and create local jobs for people.

In addition, commune leaders requested businesses and trade union organizations to fully implement regimes and policies for workers; pay attention to improving working conditions, taking care of material and spiritual life, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations at enterprises.
