27 businesses in Quang Ninh register to recruit more than 9,100 workers
Quang Ninh - 27 businesses and units in Quang Ninh expect to recruit more than 9,100 workers at the "Job Fair 2026", scheduled for the morning of October 10th.
2026 Job Fair" - A place to directly connect workers and 27 reputable businesses - is expected to start from 7:30 am, October 10, 2026 at the yard of Bai Chay Secondary School, Bai Chay 9 neighborhood, Bai Chay ward, Quang Ninh city.
This event is co-organized by Bai Chay Ward People's Committee, Tuan Chau Ward People's Committee and Quang Ninh City Employment Service Center, under the Department of Home Affairs of Quang Ninh City.
According to the recruitment list at "Job Fair 2026", there are 27 businesses and units registering for recruitment with a demand of more than 9,100 people in many fields such as industrial production, mechanics, logistics, seaports, services, tourism, retail, telecommunications...
Notably, recruitment demand is concentrated very large in industrial parks and projects being implemented in the area.
Among these, some businesses need to recruit up to 4,600 workers, including 4,000 dump truck drivers and 200 excavator drivers, 200 bulldozer drivers, 200 roller drivers for the mega-urban area project. The positions all require age from 18-60, high school level and a salary of over 20 million VND/month.
A company in the IP needs 2,000 unskilled workers, including 1,000 men and 1,000 women, aged 18-50. The salary offered is over 10 million VND/month, with new labor bonuses.
In the retail sector, Aeon Vietnam Co., Ltd. - Quang Ninh Branch is recruiting 244 people for a hypermarket in Bai Chay preparing to go into operation, with a series of positions such as cashier, customer service, multi-channel sales, food, fashion, electronics - household appliances, delivery... The salary level is recorded as an agreement.
According to the list, the lowest salary announced is about 5-8 million VND/month for some sales staff positions; while many production and technical jobs have a level of 10-20 million VND/month. Some management and specialized technical positions can reach 25-35 million VND/month, while workers going to Korea are offered a level of 45-50 million VND/month.
The recruitment list shows that the human resource demand is very large in Quang Ninh city, especially in the fields of processing, manufacturing, construction, transportation, logistics and services. Among them, the group of unskilled workers, production workers and skilled workers accounts for the largest number.
