New regulations on supporting medical examination and treatment regimes for cadres in Ca Mau
Ca Mau - Cadres under the management of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee (including retirees) are given additional support when treating a number of diseases.
According to the Resolution of the People's Council of Ca Mau province regulating support for medical examination and treatment for cadres under the management of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee (PPC), from January 1, cadres in office and former cadres under the management of the PPC; Deputy Ministers, Department Head and Deputy Director of the Department who have retired and are currently residing in Ca Mau province; other cadres and equivalent under the management of the PPC are all supported.
The above subjects are supported with funding for examination and treatment of serious diseases such as: Cancers of all kinds; fatty liver fibroids; cardiovascular diseases with surgical intervention, complications; chronic kidney failure that requires dialysis; bone marrow failure; paralysis of any cause, when treated, are considered for support from 30 to 60% in addition to the insurance regulations.
In addition to the above support, the following expenses are: Expenditures for transfer to and from the province applied in cases of using a transfer vehicle of a medical examination and treatment facility as prescribed; Hospital transfer fees according to reality or support at the maximum contract level as prescribed by the province, in accordance with the treatment line. High technical costs, specific drugs, drugs outside the health insurance list according to professional regulations: maximum support of 15 million VND/treatment. cost of consultation with experts, on-demand examination, high-end testing: maximum support of 5 million VND/time according to actual costs. cost of long-term inpatient treatment (from Saturday and above): maximum support of VND 100,000/day/person, from the 8th day, no more than 30 days/treatment period.
The total amount of support for medical examination and treatment costs for 01 person, including support for other expenses, does not exceed 50 million VND/person/year. In case of serious illness or high treatment costs, based on medical conclusions and assessments by the Professional Council, BTVTU considers support exceeding the level, but not exceeding 100 million VND/person/year.
The implementation funding source is arranged from local budget funding sources according to the current budget decentralization. The total estimated budget for supporting cadres under the management of BTVTU is about 5 billion VND/year.
