Hanoi announces resolutions on personnel work

At the conference, Head of the Legal Affairs Committee of the City People's Council Duy Hoang Duong announced the resolutions on personnel work.

Accordingly, Ms. Nguyen Thi Diem Hang - Deputy Director of the Hanoi Institute for Socio-Economic Development Research, holds the position of Head of the Department of Science, Technology and Environment.

Mr. Nguyen Xuan Sang - Deputy Director of Hanoi Department of Finance, holds the position of Head of the Economic - Budget Committee.

Mr. Dinh Quoc Hung - Deputy Chief of Office of the City People's Committee, holds the position of Standing Member, Chief of Office of the National Assembly Delegation and City People's Council.

The conference also announced a resolution on receiving and appointing 5 Deputy Heads of Committees at the Boards of the City People's Council; mobilizing 2 officials to participate in the Advisory Expert Group; receiving 15 full-time delegates at the Boards of the City People's Council.

Speaking at the conference, Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Council Tran The Cuong congratulated the officials assigned new tasks, and emphasized that the announcement of resolutions on personnel work is an important milestone in the process of consolidating the organizational structure.

Mr. Tran The Cuong affirmed that the team of delegates of the City People's Council in this term are typical delegates, with qualifications and experience, representing all classes of people, playing a core role in improving the quality of operation of the elected body.

Emphasizing the task requirements in the coming time, Mr. Tran The Cuong requested delegates to continue to promote the spirit of solidarity and responsibility, proactively propose solutions to improve the operational efficiency of the City People's Council; and at the same time strengthen supervision, ensuring that resolutions are implemented effectively, serving the socio-economic development goals of the Capital. With a large workload ahead, the comrade expressed his belief that the team of officials will continue to strive, contribute, and build the City People's Council to become increasingly stronger.

Speaking to receive the assignment, Chief of Office of the National Assembly Delegation and People's Council of Ho Chi Minh City Dinh Quoc Hung affirmed that he will continue to strive to improve professional capacity, and together with the Office collective, promote the spirit of solidarity and successfully complete the assigned tasks. Along with that, he will focus on improving the quality of advisory and general work to serve the activities of the National Assembly Delegation and People's Council of Ho Chi Minh City; strengthen coordination with relevant agencies and units, contributing to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the activities of the Capital's elected body.
