Ca Mau arranges a series of public service units
On the afternoon of December 31, Ca Mau province announced decisions on the arrangement of public service units and personnel work.
The People's Committee of Ca Mau province decided to arrange 6 provincial specialized project management boards to 3 departments; merge 2 land fund development centers; Submit to the Ministry of Education and Training to arrange 6 colleges to 2 schools (being to complete the dossier to submit to the Ministry of Education and Training).
After reorganization, 8 public service units under the Provincial People's Committee and 68 internal organizations will be reduced, reducing 39 positions of civil servants receiving salaries from the state budget.
Transfer 16 Project Management Boards of the provincial Project Management Boards to 16 central communes and wards (belonging to the old district-level administrative units) to reorganize into the Project Management Board of the area under the People's Committee of the commune.
Reorganize the Continuing Education Center under the Department of Education and Training and dissolve 6 vocational education - Continuing education centers in the area, transfer functions and tasks to the Bac Lieu Continuing Education Center, reduce 23 staff positions.
In the health sector: Rearrange in the direction of streamlining the organization and apparatus of 16 Regional Health Centers; Dam Doi General Hospital; Bac Lieu Labor and Lung Diseases Hospital. After the arrangement, 24 departments and branches will be reduced; Transfer 64 medical stations under 16 regional health centers to the commune level for management according to administrative boundaries.
In the field of agriculture and environment: Reorganize the Agricultural Extension Center on the basis of merging the Agricultural Seed Center into the Agricultural Extension Center. In which, 10 Agricultural Extension Stations will be dissolved and the staff and personnel will be transferred to the Public Service Center under the People's Committees at the commune level. End the operation of the Urban Environment Service Center under the Department of Environmental Protection under the Department of Agriculture and Environment. After reorganization, 12 internal organizations (1 public service unit, 1 department, 10 stations) were reduced and 152 civil servants were transferred to the Commune-level Public Service Center.
In the field of internal affairs: Merge the Meritorious Nursing Center and the Management Board into the Meritorious Care Center. After reorganization, 01 public service unit under the Department will be reduced.
Maintain units under the Departments: Science and Technology; Culture, Sports and Tourism; Finance; Construction; Industry and Trade; Office and Economic Zone Management Board.
For commune-level public service units: 64/64 communes and wards have issued a Decision to reorganize and arrange personnel for the Public Service Center and the Commune-level Health Station.
Reorganize 6 Commune-level Project Management Boards (reorganize into the Project Management Board of the area under the People's Committees of communes and wards after receiving the Project Management Board of the area, including: Tran Van Thoi Commune, Nam An, Cai Nuoc, Hong Dan, Bac Lieu Ward, An Xuyen Ward).
After the merger of provinces, the whole province of Ca Mua still has 926 public service units, including: 19 units under the Provincial People's Committee; 138 units under specialized agencies and other administrative organizations under the Provincial People's Committee; 24 units reduced compared to before the merger of provinces; Commune level: 64/64 communes and wards have established public service units providing basic basic health services; 28/64 communes and wards have established Project Management Boards; 679 kindergartens, primary schools and secondary schools.
