Ninh Binh stops receiving citizens at 2 locations from November 1st
Ninh Binh - The Provincial People's Committee has just issued a notice on stopping citizen reception activities in Nam Dinh and Phu Van wards.
The notice clearly states that from November 1, 26, citizen reception activities will be suspended at the citizen reception location of the province located in Nam Dinh ward (address No. 29 To Hieu street, Nam Dinh ward, Ninh Binh province) and the citizen reception location of the province located in Phu Van ward (address Tran Nhat Duat street, Phu Van ward, Ninh Binh province).
Citizen reception is carried out at the provincial citizen reception headquarters (address Nguyen Bac street, Hoa Lu ward, Ninh Binh province).
