People receiving pensions and social insurance allowances need to clearly understand the payment schedule for November 2026 according to each form of receiving money to be proactive in time, avoiding missing the payment period.
Pensioners and social insurance (BHXH) beneficiaries need to pay attention to the payment schedule for November 2026 to proactively receive money, especially in cases of receiving cash at payment points.
According to the provisions of Decision 2222/QD-BHXH in 2025, amended and supplemented by Decision 313/QD-BHXH in 2026, the pension and social insurance allowance payment schedule is implemented in each form.
For recipients through personal accounts, money is transferred on the first working days and the second working day of November, according to the notice schedule of the Social Insurance agency.
For cash recipients, the payment time at payment points is from November 2nd to November 10th, during office hours. If they have not received the money during this time, beneficiaries can go to the transaction points of the payment organization from November 11th to the end of November 23rd.
In case the payment date coincides with Saturday, Sunday or holiday, Tet, the payment is made on the next working day. The actual schedule can be adjusted depending on the situation of each locality. Beneficiaries should contact the Social Insurance agency or the local post office to confirm the specific time.
More forms of receiving pensions through VNeID
From September 28, 2026, according to Decree 320/2026/ND-CP, people eligible for pensions, allowances and social security policies can create social security accounts on VNeID, integrate payment accounts, e-wallets or mobile money accounts to receive money.
Social security benefit accounts are not independent bank accounts. VNeID plays the role of an identification platform, supporting people to integrate appropriate accounts to receive payments.
In addition, Vietnam Social Security is implementing the conversion of social insurance codes to personal identification numbers or citizen identification cards (CCCD), in order to standardize data and facilitate the settlement and payment of social insurance and health insurance (HI) regimes.
