Hanoi informs about the progress of the project to expand National Highway 32 from Quang Oai to Son Tay

Hanoi voters suggested that Hanoi City speed up the investment progress in the construction, upgrading and expanding National Highway 32, from Quang Oai to Son Tay.

Responding to this content, the Hanoi People's Committee said that the Component Project II of the Renovation and Upgrade of National Highway 32 (from Km47+500 to Km53+400) has been approved by the City People's Committee in Decision No. 3375/QD-UBND dated June 29, 2024.

The project investor was previously the People's Committee of Ba Vi district. After the two-level government transformation, the City People's Committee assigned the Hanoi City Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board to be the investor in Decision No. 3339/QD-UBND dated June 27, 2025.

Request the Department of Construction and the Hanoi City Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board to urgently organize the appraisal of the design documents for implementation after the basic design as a basis for implementing the investment project.
