Party members participating in two-way activities are consulted unifiedly on the electronic environment

This content is stated in Regulation No. 221-QD/TW on the responsibilities of Party members working for Party organizations and people in their place of residence.

In which, in principle, Regulation No. 221-QD/TW clearly states, frankly and truthfully comment on the advantages and limitations for party members who are working in performing tasks according to the provisions of Article 4 of this Regulation.

Commentary results for party members must be managed according to decentralization and updated and stored in the electronic environment. Ensure the safety and security of information in the process of managing, exchanging, storing and exploiting party member data in the electronic environment, without generating administrative procedures.

The collection of opinions and comments on Party members who are working regularly maintaining contact with Party organizations and people at their place of residence is carried out uniformly on an electronic environment to ensure independence, objectivity, timeliness, intercommunication and convenience for Party organizations and Party members.

In cases of force majeure that cannot be implemented on the electronic environment, the collection of opinions and comments is carried out in an appropriate form; then it must be fully updated on the electronic environment.

One of the tasks of the Party organization at the place of residence is that the Party cell committee or the secretary of the Party cell (where there is no Party cell committee) proactively meets with the village and residential group Fatherland Front Committee to comment on party members who are working and performing tasks at their place of residence, and sends it to the directly superior Party committee of the Party cell before November 30th every year for summarization, confirmation and sending to the Party organization where the party member is working.

Party committees and Party cells (where there are no Party committees) where they reside propose to the directly superior Party committee of the Party cell where they work to commend and reward party members who are working with outstanding achievements in performing party member tasks at their place of residence or consider and handle according to regulations for party members who have not performed well (if any).

Promptly update the results of comments from Party members working at their place of residence to the electronic environment:

After competent authorities conclude in writing that party members have committed violations of the law.

After the Party Committee and Party cell at the place of residence meet to agree (report and be certified by the Party building committee or the organizing committee), party members seriously violate local regulations or do not comply with this Regulation.
