Long Thanh Commune Secretary becomes Head of Dong Nai Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department

On January 8, the Standing Committee of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce decisions on personnel work and announced the decision to transfer and appoint Mr. Duong Minh Dung, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Long Thanh Commune to hold the position of Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Provincial Party Committee from December 31, 2025.

Mr. Nguyen Huu Nguyen, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, was appointed to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and hold the position of Secretary of the Long Thanh Commune Party Committee.

Mr. Duong Minh Dung was born in 1970, from Ho Chi Minh City. Qualifications: Master of Business Administration, Bachelor of Economics, Bachelor of Party Building and State Administration.

Before being appointed as Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee, Mr. Duong Minh Dung held positions such as: Deputy Head of Dong Nai Market Management Department, Deputy Director and Director of the Department of Industry and Trade, Secretary of Long Thanh District Party Committee (old); Vice Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee. From July 1, 2025, he was assigned to hold the position of Party Committee Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of Long Thanh commune.
