Giving ao dai to highland female students on the journey "Together to school
Hundreds of ao dai will be awarded to female students and teachers at some schools in the northern mountainous region in the series of activities "Together to school" in October 2026.
In October 2026, Vietravel Hanoi and the Vietnam Ao Dai Culture Association organized a series of charity activities "Together to school" at schools in the northern mountainous region. In addition to gifts for study, the program also awarded ao dai to female students and teachers in difficult areas.
Previously, in May 2026, the organizing unit awarded 250 sets of white ao dai to female students and female teachers of Vo Thi Sau High School in Con Dao.
On October 4th, the organizing delegation presented 120 ao dai sets to teachers and female students of Ban Nga High School, Ban Nga village, Huy Giap commune, Cao Bang province.

From October 17-18, the program is expected to reach Hoanh Mo Secondary and High School, Quang Ninh province, and award 257 ao dai sets to teachers and female students.
In big cities, ao dai is a familiar outfit in schools, especially on opening ceremonies, graduation ceremonies or important events. However, for many highland female students, a separate ao dai is still not a gift that is easy to get.
Through the awarding of ao dai, the program aims to bring traditional costumes closer to mountainous students. Ao dai can be used in school activities and become a part of their student memories.
In particular, this year, charity activities are combined with the Caravan journey in Binh Lieu. Participants can go in groups by car or drive their own family car to go to school together, give gifts and interact with students.
The organization time also coincides with the reed grass season in Binh Lieu. After activities at Hoanh Mo Secondary and High School, the delegation participated in a journey to explore some destinations of the Northeast border region such as border roads, reed grass areas and "dinosaur spine".
From warm coats in the 15-year journey to ao dai for highland female students, the program continues to maintain a model of combining community activities with trips, thereby bringing tourists closer to life and culture at the destination.
