Launching a model to support people in difficult circumstances in 48 hours in Lam Dong
Lam Dong - "Ham Thuan Nam Community Security" model connects resources, supporting people in unexpected difficulties within 48 hours after verification.
On November 1st, Mr. Pham Van Hoa - Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ham Thuan Nam commune said that the locality has just launched the "Ham Thuan Nam Community Security" model for the period 2026-2030.
With the motto "Near the people, close to the people, timely sharing", the model aims to connect organizations, individuals, businesses and philanthropists.
Thereby, mobilizing resources to care for poor households, near-poor households, orphans, vulnerable people and cases of sudden difficulties.
The model aims for initial support within 48 hours for emergencies after completing verification.
The mobilization and allocation of support are carried out based on circumstances and actual needs, ensuring the right beneficiaries, publicity and transparency.
According to Mr. Pham Van Hoa, the model not only contributes to the implementation of social security work but is also a bridge, spreading the spirit of responsibility and affection in the community.
Through the model, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ham Thuan Nam commune wishes to mobilize the joint efforts of the whole society, creating more conditions for people in difficult circumstances to rise up in life.
The launch of the model is expected to expand the network connecting social resources, helping people in difficult circumstances access timely and practical support from the community.
