11th grade female student in Lam Dong finds person to return her wallet
Lam Dong - Picking up a wallet containing papers and cash, an 11th-grade female student brought it to the police to ask them to find the person who dropped it to return it.
On November 1st, Truong Xuan Commune Police, Lam Dong province, said that the unit had just verified and returned a wallet containing personal papers and cash to a resident who dropped it in the area.
Previously, at about 5 am on October 26, 2026, Dao Thi Ngoc Quyen, a 11A9 student at Chu Van An High School, residing in Bu Pah hamlet, Truong Xuan commune, Lam Dong province, picked up a wallet containing personal papers and 2 million VND in the area in front of her house gate.
Immediately after picking up the wallet, Quyen proactively brought it to Truong Xuan Commune Police to hand over, asking for verification and searching for the person who dropped it to return the property.
Receiving the property, Truong Xuan Commune Police conducted verification and identified the owner of the wallet as Mr. Nguyen Dao Ve (born in 1979, residing in Bu Pah hamlet, Truong Xuan commune).
After completing the necessary procedures, Truong Xuan Commune Police returned all documents and the amount of 2 million VND to Mr. Ve.
The act of picking up lost items and returning them to the person who lost them by Dao Thi Ngoc Quyen, although simple, shows the honesty, self-respect and sense of responsibility of a student.
