Picking up a phone on the beach, grassroots security guards search for the lost person

On the afternoon of October 10, while on duty at Binh Son beach (Ba Gia beach), Dong Hai ward, Mr. Dinh Van Sanh, a member of the force participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level, picked up a dropped Vivo phone.
Immediately after that, Mr. Sanh brought the phone to Dong Hai Ward Police to report, asking to find the person who lost the property.
Through verification, the police force determined that the phone was the property of Mr. Nguyen Hoang, residing in Phan Rang ward.
