Ngai Giao Commune Front trains professional skills in supervision and social criticism
Ho Chi Minh City - The training aims to equip knowledge and skills for officials of Ngai Giao Commune Fatherland Front, meeting the requirements of work at the grassroots level.
On October 4th, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (VFFC) of Ngai Giao commune (HCMC) organized a professional training conference on supervision, social criticism and activities of the People's Inspection Board and the Community Investment Supervision Board in 2026.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Ms. Bui Thi Sen - Chairwoman of the VFF Committee of Ngai Giao commune - said that supervision and social criticism are important tasks of the VFF, thereby contributing to building the Party and government, promoting the right to mastery and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of the people.
Equipping knowledge and skills for Front officials and members of departments is of practical significance, meeting the requirements of work at the grassroots level. Therefore, it is requested that trainees focus on listening, actively exchanging, and pointing out difficulties and obstacles for guidance and answers.
The speaker is Ms. Le Thi Hoa - Head of the Democracy, Supervision and Social Criticism Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City - presented a thematic report on the supervision and social criticism work of the Vietnam Fatherland Front. In which, focusing on clarifying the process and methods of implementing supervision and social criticism; skills in developing plans, organizing supervision, summarizing results and recommendations after supervision, and contents related to the organization and operation of the People's Inspection Committee.
The training conference aims to consolidate knowledge and professional skills for the team of officials of Ngai Giao Commune Fatherland Front and members participating in supervision at the grassroots level to apply in practice, improve the quality of supervision, social criticism and promptly propose solutions to legitimate issues of the people. Thereby contributing to improving operational efficiency and promoting the supervisory role of the people in Ngai Giao commune.
