Dong Thap - 19 resolutions of the Provincial People's Council will be officially repealed.
From October 10th, 19 resolutions of the People's Councils (HĐND) of Dong Thap and Tien Giang provinces before merging will be officially abolished. For previous Tien Giang resolutions, the list of abolitions includes documents related to questions and answers at meetings in 2014, 2015; the number of commune-level veterinary staff; the rate of retention, management and use of environmental protection fees for domestic wastewater.
Some other resolutions were abolished related to supporting victims according to the provisions of law on preventing and combating human trafficking; supporting the construction and repair of houses for people with meritorious services and relatives of people with meritorious services; tuition fees for the 2022-2023 school year; legal support for small and medium-sized enterprises and the content and level of expenditure for implementing the Project "Building a Learning Society in the period 2021-2030".
