Worker families are nurtured from simple things

Joining hands to keep the fire of family happiness

Mr. Nguyen Huu Quang (45 years old) has worked for more than 20 years at TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company (Bien Hoa 2 Industrial Park, Tran Bien Ward, Dong Nai City). When he first joined, Mr. Quang worked as a direct production worker, then thanks to his efforts in studying to improve his professional qualifications, Mr. Quang went up to become a manager, general department of personnel before working full-time for the trade union. Mr. Quang is currently the Vice Chairman of the Trade Union of TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company.

Mr. Quang shared that he always strives to work hard, use financial resources reasonably to ensure stable family economy, and raise his children to study in the best conditions. Thanks to that, his family is always harmonious and happy, and his children are all well-behaved, studious, and filial to their grandparents and parents...

Ms. Le Thi Dung (Mr. Quang's wife), currently working as a worker at Tainan Fiber Co., Ltd. (Bien Hoa 2 Industrial Park, Dong Nai City) is a skillful and responsible woman, playing an important role in keeping the fire of happiness and taking care of the health of the whole family. She also actively participates in activities and movements in the locality, constantly improving her studies in supporting children with autism spectrum disorders. Mr. Nguyen Huu Quang's family was recently commended by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor as a typical worker, civil servant, and laborer family in the period 2021 - 2026.

Family work in the Trade Union organization is increasingly practical

In June 2026, the Dong Nai City Labor Federation commended 51 typical CNVCLĐ families. There are families where both husband and wife directly work in production but still spend time caring for and educating their children, building a cultural and happy lifestyle. Many members are also typical trade union officials, party members, and employees, both completing their professional tasks well and actively participating in emulation movements, contributing to building strong agencies, units and trade union organizations.

Typical examples include the family of Mr. Nguyen Van Nam - manager at the QLC level, Member of the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union of TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company. Mr. Nam has been repeatedly commended by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour and Dong Nai City Labor Federation for his outstanding achievements in labor, creativity and trade union activities; and is also a party member for many years who has excellently completed his tasks. His wife, Ms. Le Thi Thu Ha, a company worker, has also always completed her tasks well.

Mr. Nguyen Quoc Dung - Chairman of Dong Nai City Labor Federation - said that family work in the Trade Union organization in the city is increasingly going deeper, more practical and effective, contributing to building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations, creating motivation for workers to feel secure in their work and be attached to agencies, units, and businesses for a long time.
