Speaking at the opening of the conference, Mr. Nguyen Duc Thu - Director of the Nghe An Provincial Labor Culture House - said that the program aims to recognize and commend typical worker families in building homes, and at the same time create space for workers and family members to exchange, share, and connect.

According to Mr. Thu, through activities for families, the Provincial Labor Culture House wishes to spread good values in building a prosperous, progressive, happy, and civilized family; contributing to strengthening the bond between workers, families and trade union organizations.
Sharing at the program, Ms. Phan Thi Trang - Vice President of the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation - said that family is an important support for workers to feel secure in working, attached to businesses and have more motivation to rise up. After hours of high-intensity work, overtime days and before the pressure of jobs and income, a peaceful home is of special significance to each worker.

In recent years, trade union levels in Nghe An province have implemented many activities aimed at families and children of union members such as the "Trade Union Home" program, the festival to commend typical families of workers, civil servants and laborers, and the program "Sharing love - Together with you to school" with thousands of gifts and scholarships.
Children's summer camps attracted nearly 700 turns of workers' children to participate. In the 2022-2025 period, the "Parental Mother" program sponsored 385 orphans; "Your Health", "Room for Extracting and Storing Breast Milk" models were implemented to care for pregnant female workers raising young children.

In 2026 alone, Trade Union levels continue to award livelihood models to disadvantaged families, commend 28 typical worker and employee families; organize summer camps and swimming classes for nearly 400 children of workers.
At the conference, worker families were able to interact through the "Talented Family" playground and participate in voting for "Happy Worker Family" on the Nghe An Trade Union fanpage.
