Ms. Ton Nu My Hanh - Chairwoman of the Grassroots Trade Union of Hwaseung Rach Gia Co., Ltd. - said that the Executive Committee of the Company's Grassroots Trade Union has developed a plan to organize the contest with the desire to create a new, fun playground suitable for a large number of union members and workers (NLĐ). Thereby creating opportunities for union members and workers to show their talents, personalities and their own stories; Strengthening exchange and connection between union members, groups, production departments. All union members and workers working at Hwaseung Rach Gia Co., Ltd. can participate, register individually or in groups (each group up to 10 people).
Contestants record videos showing their talents and send them through the Secretary of the department or the Head of the Trade Union, or send videos through the Fanpage of the grassroots Trade Union with personal information to participate in the competition. Through the entries posted on the page, they also received positive interaction and feedback from union members and workers, sharing and supporting.
Contestants (individuals or groups) participating in the program show any talent they love or are confident in (it can be a song, modern dance, using musical instruments, telling a story, writing, reading poetry, MC, speaking, Rap, drawing, makeup, hairdressing, handmade, skit...).

The contest is also a way to innovate movement activities in a direction that is easy to participate in, modern and concise; Creating positive communication products about employees and Trade Union activities. The program does not focus on who sings well, dances beautifully, and is professional, but encourages each person to find their own special thing. Each individual, group, and group participating shows an outstanding talent or a story, something never known before," Ms. Hanh shared.
The contest is also a talent playground for union members and workers, aiming to create opportunities for them to show their talents, strengths and personality; thereby sending feelings, wishes and messages of love to women on Vietnamese Women's Day 20.10.
Encouraging union members and male workers to participate in showing talents, works, and performances with the theme of honoring women, family love, colleagues, and women who have inspired in work and life, thereby creating cohesion, sharing, and spreading.
After the online round, the Organizing Committee selected 13 performances for the stage round to compete and award prizes, which are expected to take place on October 17.
