Dr. Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao receives the title of Labor Hero

Dr. Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao's mark lies not only in growth, but also in her ability to solve the most difficult infrastructure problems using technological thinking. From initiatives to optimize airport operations, comprehensive digital transformation in aviation operations, to pioneering the application of biometrics in flight procedures, or testing technology during the covid era, and speedy Hose rescue, she always chose the difficult path - but bringing great and long-term value to the economy and society.

Her title of Labor Hero was also honored through difficult and challenging periods. At a time when the Vietnamese stock market was at risk of paralysis due to systemic bottlenecks, she pioneered the initiative with technology experts to overcome the problem quickly, helping the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange operate continuously and stably, protecting the trust of millions of investors and the development of the national capital market. During the COVID-19 pandemic, technology platforms serving testing management and epidemic control have been deployed promptly, clearly demonstrating the spirit of technology for the community.

On the international level, 2025 marks the global strategic steps of Dr. Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao. Large-scale cooperation agreements and trade contracts with the world's leading corporations not only create growth momentum, but also contribute to trade balance, strengthen partnership trust, attract investment and affirm the financial and governance capacity of enterprises. Speaking after the ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao shared: Regarding the profound meaning of the patriotic emulation movement, during his lifetime, Uncle Ho said: The patriotic emulation movement has taken our country forward to unprecedented lengths in the history of the nation, making the country, society, and people innovate. The spirit of Uncle Ho has guided me on the journey to build my own businesses.

Enterprises under her leadership always build a strong Party Committee. Thanks to that, there are many advantages in launching and implementing patriotic emulation movements, responding to movements of the Party Committee at the higher level. The staff have always strived to persevere with the movement activities over the past few decades. The Party Committee has hundreds of Party members; the Youth Union has tens of thousands of union members and union members.

In the enterprises of female workers, the patriotic emulation movement has been widely organized, gradually innovating the content and form of emulation, closely following reality, associated with "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style" and performing political and economic tasks in each unit in all provinces and cities, promoting employees to work and always completing assigned goals and tasks.
