More official job search channels for workers from April 14th
From April 14, the National Job Exchange is expected to be put into trial operation, creating an additional official job search channel for workers nationwide.
According to the Ministry of Home Affairs, the current labor market still has many bottlenecks, especially scattered, unsynchronized data and slow updates. This makes it difficult for workers to access official information, and businesses face difficulties in finding suitable human resources.
In addition, the situation of unclear job information, risks from unofficial brokers or unverified recruitment news is still a common problem. In the context of digital transformation and the 4.0 industrial revolution, the need for an effective and reliable connection platform is becoming increasingly urgent.
The National Job Exchange is built to solve these problems by forming a centralized data system, "right - enough - clean - live - unified - shared".
Not only stopping at job connection, the platform also aims to digitize the entire recruitment process, from posting information, searching, applying to interviewing and hồ sơ management. Workers can find jobs based on their abilities and personal needs; businesses can screen candidates using data tools and artificial intelligence.
Notably, the system integrates electronic identification verification, helping to improve the reliability of information, limiting the situation of fake applications and inaccurate recruitment information.
On April 14th, the trial version of the National Job Exchange is expected to officially go into operation.
Mr. Tran Tuan Tu - Head of the Unemployment Insurance Department, Department of Employment (Ministry of Home Affairs) - said that for the first time, the 2025 Employment Law has regulations on the National Job Exchange.
Previously, job connection activities have gone through many stages with many different forms such as organizing job exchanges, online connections between localities, regional connections, operations of local job service centers or job fairs, job transaction sessions. These models are considered a premise for the formation of National-scale job exchanges.
However, only when the 2025 Employment Law was passed was the National Job Exchange officially recognized in the law.
Currently, the Department of Employment is advising the Ministry of Home Affairs, and at the same time coordinating with VNPT to build a system and prepare to open the National Job Exchange.
According to Mr. Tu, when the National Job Exchange goes into operation, there will be clear operating regulations, including regulations on system management, input - output information management as well as a connection mechanism between the public employment service system, private employment services, businesses and employees participating in the exchange.
The formation of this exchange will help connect and share job information synchronously, thereby supporting workers to access information more conveniently.
Workers can access information about policies and desired job positions without being limited by administrative boundaries. At the same time, they can also access the official information pages of local job service organizations to learn more about positions that are in need of recruitment" - Mr. Tran Tuan Tu said.
