Mr. Nguyen Duy Ngoc: Always accompanying and coordinating for the development of the Capital

On the afternoon of April 8, the Hanoi Party Committee held a Conference to announce the Politburo's decision on personnel work. Politburo member, Standing Secretary of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu; Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organization Committee Nguyen Duy Ngoc; Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Prime Minister Pham Thi Thanh Tra attended the decision awarding ceremony.

According to the decision of the Politburo, Mr. Tran Duc Thang was assigned and appointed to participate in the Executive Committee of the Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, and hold the position of Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee of the XVIII term, term 2025 - 2030.

At the conference, Mr. Nguyen Duy Ngoc and Mr. Tran Duc Thang signed the Minutes of handover of the position of Secretary of the Hanoi City Party Committee.

Speaking at the conference, Head of the Central Organizing Committee Nguyen Duy Ngoc said that the working time in Hanoi, although not long, was a very special journey, when returning to the Capital with the mindset of a child who grew up from this place. In his position, he devoted all his efforts to contributing to the overall development of the city.

Under the close direction of the Politburo, the Secretariat, along with the support and assistance of the National Assembly, the Government, and on the basis of inheriting the achievements of previous generations of leaders, the city's leadership collective has jointly shaped three pillars of capital development according to a new vision, identifying four axes of responsibility throughout from the city to the grassroots level. These orientations initially create positive changes in some fields, contributing to consolidating trust and expectations for a clear and methodical direction for Hanoi.

Mr. Nguyen Duy Ngoc emphasized that the results achieved do not belong to any individual but are the common achievement of the whole collective, from the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee to the Party committees and grassroots authorities; from the team of cadres, civil servants, public employees, armed forces to the business community and people of the Capital. Each person has a part of the job, each level has a responsibility, but when sharing the same goal and synchronous actions, it has created positive and clear movements.

What Mr. Nguyen Duy Ngoc cherishes most is not only the specific results, but also the working spirit, sense of responsibility and action spirit that are awakened and spread. The spirit of daring to think, daring to do, and daring to take responsibility is gradually formed, becoming a driving force to promote innovation in the organization of task implementation. When those changes are recognized by the people, that is the greatest reward for the leadership collective and the city's cadre team.

Head of the Central Organization Committee Nguyen Duy Ngoc said that leaving the position of Secretary of the City Party Committee at a time when many tasks are being implemented, he still has worries. Many new policies have only laid the foundation, many orientations have been launched, but more time and perseverance are needed to truly go into life. Hanoi still has many big tasks ahead, many difficult and unprecedented issues, requiring new ways of doing things, high determination and broad consensus, because these are all issues directly related to people's daily lives.

Mr. Nguyen Duy Ngoc expressed his belief in the leadership of the new Secretary of the City Party Committee and the Standing Committee and Executive Committee of the City Party Committee with the spirit of solidarity, bravery, creativity and innovation.

Mr. Nguyen Duy Ngoc believes that the momentum being created will continue to be maintained, promoting the Capital to develop more strongly in the coming time. He hopes that the work that has been started together will continue to be implemented better, faster and more effectively with the highest goal being for the people and the future of the Capital.

In his new position, Head of the Central Organization Committee Nguyen Duy Ngoc said that he still directly participates with the Central Government in general leadership and direction, including major policies and orientations related to Hanoi. Therefore, responsibility to the Capital is not reduced but is further expanded in scope.

Mr. Nguyen Duy Ngoc affirmed that he will always follow, accompany and be ready to coordinate with the city in all tasks for the development of the Capital.
