National Assembly discusses the draft Law on Food Safety (amended)
Today, October 24th, the National Assembly will discuss in groups the draft Law on Food Safety (amended); the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Environmental Protection.
In the morning, the Minister of Agriculture and Environment, authorized by the Prime Minister, presented a report on 2 projects: Law on Marine and Island Resources and Environment (amended); Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Environmental Protection.
Minister of Health, authorized by the Prime Minister, presented the Submission on the draft Law on Food Safety (amended).
After that, the National Assembly listened to the Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee for Science, Technology and Environment presenting an appraisal report on 3 projects: Law on Marine and Island Resources and Environment (amended); Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Environmental Protection; draft Law on Food Safety (amended).
Also in the morning, the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism, authorized by the Prime Minister, presented a report on the draft Law on Development of the Cultural Industry.
Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee for Culture and Social Affairs presents the thẩm tra report on the draft Law on Development of the Cultural Industry.
Minister of Science and Technology, authorized by the Prime Minister, presented the Submission on the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Intellectual Property.
Chairman of the National Assembly's Law and Justice Committee presents the thẩm tra report on the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Intellectual Property.
The remaining time of the working day, the National Assembly discussed in groups on: the draft Law on Marine and Island Resources and Environment (amended); the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Environmental Protection; the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Investment.
In the afternoon, the National Assembly discussed three draft laws, including the draft Law on Food Safety (amended); the draft Law on Development of the Cultural Industry.
