At May 10, the Trade Union is the pioneering force promoting good labor and creative labor movements. Every year, hundreds of technical innovations are born from the concerns of workers on cutting and sewing tables.

In the wave of technology shift and application of streamlined production methods, the Trade Union plays the role of a fire starter, helping workers shed old thinking and confidently master modern machinery. Thanks to that consensus, labor productivity has increased from 30 - 35% compared to before, and the time to manufacture products has been shortened by 2 to 3 times.

Every year, thousands of workers are jointly trained by the Trade Union in techniques, management and innovative thinking, creating a force of highly skilled tailors with steadfast bravery in the face of strict global standards.

The core function of the Trade Union is still to protect the legitimate rights of workers, and at May 10, this is realized by "better than law" commitments in the Collective Labor Agreement.

Few textile and garment enterprises possess such a closed and quality welfare "ecosystem" as May 10: From high-quality kindergartens welcoming workers' children, general clinics providing periodic health care, to cool air-conditioned dining rooms with nutritious meals. The health and safety of workers are strictly protected by a sewing workshop cooling system, clean water sources and periodic labor protection training sessions for 100% of members.
