Women's football tournament connects union members of two businesses in Quang Tri
Quang Tri - Phong Nha Holiday and Oxalis grassroots trade unions organize a women's football tournament, creating a playground for exchange, connection, and health training for workers.
On October 20th, the Quang Tri Provincial Labor Federation said that to celebrate Vietnamese Women's Day October 20th, the grassroots trade union of Phong Nha Holiday Co., Ltd. and the Oxalis grassroots trade union jointly organized a women's football tournament for union members and workers.
The tournament creates a sports playground, helping female union members and workers of the two units to exchange, practice health, and improve spiritual life. Through the matches, athletes have the opportunity to show their sportsmanship, confidence, and at the same time strengthen connection and sharing between union members and workers of the two units.
Besides the meaning of physical training, the activity also contributes to promoting the sports movement among female union members and workers, building a cultural life at the enterprise. This is also an opportunity for the Trade Union organization to show concern for the spiritual life of female workers, encouraging women to actively participate in collective activities, and promote their abilities in work and life.
Through the tournament, the grassroots trade union of Phong Nha Holiday Co., Ltd. and the grassroots trade union of Oxalis contribute to consolidating the close relationship between union members and workers, creating motivation for workers to feel secure in their work and accompany the development of the business.
