Khanh Hoa organizes cooking contest, warming a solidarity meal tray
Khanh Hoa - The cooking contest with the theme "Comradeship Meal - Warm Love" is an opportunity for union members to spread family values on October 20th.
On the afternoon of October 20th, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) organized a cooking contest to celebrate the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Women's Union (October 20, 1930 – October 20, 2026).
The contest attracted 8 participating teams, each team consisting of 5 members from ward trade unions and grassroots trade unions (CĐCS) in the province.
In 90 minutes, the teams show off their talents in preparing traditional meals for 10 people, ensuring quality, nutrition, food safety and aesthetic requirements.
With the theme "Comradeship Meal - Warm Love", each team not only shows ingenuity and creativity in choosing ingredients and preparing dishes but also sends messages about love, sharing and responsibility between family members.
The atmosphere of the contest was exciting. Members coordinated smoothly, together completing each dish and presenting a meal with their own mark.
The introduction about the name, menu, ideas and messages of each team contributes to highlighting the meaning of family meals in Vietnamese life.
According to Ms. Tran Thi Huong - Vice President of Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation, head of the organizing committee, the contest is an opportunity for trade union officials, women's affairs officials and union members to exchange, share experiences, promote solidarity, coordination and creativity.
Through activities, the organizers wish to spread the good values of the family, promote equality, responsibility and sharing in life.
At the same time, creating a space for exchange and tightening solidarity between union members and workers at grassroots trade unions, encouraging female union members to continue to promote their capacity and role in work and life.
The contest closed in a joyful and warm atmosphere with the awarding of 2 consolation prizes, 3 third prizes, 2 second prizes and 1 first prize belonging to team No. 2 with members of the grassroots trade union of Fujiura NT Company and the grassroots trade union of Thong Nhat Swimwear Garment Company.
On this occasion, the Provincial Labor Federation organized a meeting and seminar to celebrate the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Women's Union. This is an opportunity to review the glorious traditions of Vietnamese women, showing concern and respect for female officials, trade union members and workers.
Mr. Bui Hoai Nam - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation - sent congratulations to female officials and union members on October 20th.
The Standing Committee of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation presented flowers to congratulate female trade union officials at all levels participating in the cooking contest.
