Tay Nha Trang Ward presents 100 gifts to support elderly people with disabilities
Khanh Hoa - Functional agencies organize the awarding of 100 gifts to support elderly people with disabilities in difficult circumstances.
On the morning of September 25th, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tay Nha Trang ward organized the presentation of 100 gifts to support elderly people with disabilities in difficult circumstances in the area.
The program was held at the Hall of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Office in Tay Nha Trang ward. Each gift included 20kg of rice and 1 life jacket, with a total of 2,000kg of rice and 100 life jackets supported by philanthropists.
The activity aims to show the concern of Party committees, authorities, the Fatherland Front and the community for the elderly and disabled; and at the same time encourage and share difficulties with families, contributing to spreading the spirit of mutual affection and community responsibility in social security work.
For cases of travel difficulties, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward coordinates with the Fatherland Front Work Committee of residential groups to organize gifts at home or through appropriate representatives, ensuring that gifts are given to the right recipients, fully and promptly.
Through the program, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tay Nha Trang ward continues to promote the role of mobilizing social resources, caring for those in difficult circumstances, contributing to the implementation of social security work and building a united and compassionate community in the area.
