98-year-old woman in Dak Lak supported to get citizen ID card
Dak Lak - A 98-year-old woman and her child have been supported by functional forces to get citizen identification cards.
On October 14, the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order (QLHC on TTXH), Dak Lak Provincial Police said that the unit had just coordinated with Buon Ma Thuot Ward Police to review information, support the issuance of ID cards and electronic identification accounts for two citizens in particularly difficult circumstances in the area.
Previously, on the morning of October 13th, officials and the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order Police coordinated with the Regional Police force and Buon Ma Thuot Ward Police to review, verify, update and supplement citizen information for Ms. Tran Thi Be (98 years old, born in 1928). In addition, there is also her son, Mr. Nguyen Tan Ngoc (born in 1978), also residing in alley 181/7 Quang Trung street, Buon Ma Thuot ward.
Through review, functional forces determined that Ms. Be and Mr. Ngoc had lived stably in the locality for many years but currently had no personal papers. This caused difficulties in verifying and completing personal information as well as carrying out relevant administrative procedures.
In particular, Ms. Be is old and in poor health, and traveling and carrying out administrative procedures on her own faces many obstacles. Therefore, direct support at the place of residence is of practical significance, helping the two citizens gradually complete the necessary legal documents.
This activity contributes to ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of citizens, especially vulnerable people, facing difficulties in accessing administrative procedures. Thereby, creating conditions for people to use public services, access digital utilities and be more convenient in daily life.
