Hanoi trains professional skills in Front work, putting people at the center

The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (VFF) of Hanoi City organizes a Professional Training Class on VFF work in 2026 for officials and specialists of the VFF Committee agency of the city.

Within the framework of the program, trainees are taught and studied 3 key topics, associated with the requirements set for Front work in the new period.

Immediately after the opening, Standing Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi City Tran Thi Phuong Hoa exchanged views on the topic "New issues on the organizational model, functions, and tasks of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at all levels", focusing on clarifying the contents related to the organization, functions, tasks and methods of operation of the Front system in the new context.

Reporters exchanged on the topic "Improving the Charter of the Vietnam Fatherland Front for the term 2026-2031 and guiding documents for implementation"; "Promoting the role of the subject, the central position of the people and the role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in the new period".

Through the topics, the city Fatherland Front leaders conveyed the core message: Taking the people as the center, taking trust as the foundation, taking consensus as the goal and innovation as the driving force to build the great national unity bloc.

Front work must start from practical life, be close to the people, understand the people, listen to and respect the people; strengthen dialogue, harmoniously resolve legitimate interests, and create conditions for people to participate in building and developing the community.

Great Unity does not stop at slogans but must be expressed by specific and practical actions, thereby consolidating people's trust and contributing to building a sustainable Capital. Through the training class, the team of officials and specialists of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee agency of the city is updated with knowledge, exchanged experiences, identified difficulties and limitations and unified methods of performing tasks. From there, concretize the content of reception into action plans suitable to the working position, proactively review assigned tasks, propose new ways of doing things, improve the quality of advice and coordination efficiency.
