Union members enthusiastically answer historical milestones of the Vietnam Trade Union
Khanh Hoa - On the morning of July 28, Tay Nha Trang Ward Trade Union organized a seminar to celebrate the 97th anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2026).
The program attracted 140 delegates who are chairmen and vice chairmen of grassroots trade unions, along with union members and typical workers in the area to attend.
At the program, Ms. Le Thi Thanh Duc - Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the Ward, Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Tay Nha Trang Ward reviewed the 97-year journey of construction and development of the Vietnam Trade Union.

Through vivid images, specific figures and typical historical milestones, union members have the opportunity to better understand the imprints on the 97-year journey of the Vietnam Trade Union and Khanh Hoa Trade Union.
In particular, July 28, 1929 marked the birth of the Vietnam Trade Union - a large socio-political organization of the working class and laborers.
Having gone through nearly a century of construction and growth under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the Vietnam Trade Union has always been loyal to the interests of the working class, workers and the nation.


At the same time, constantly innovate the content and methods of operation to well perform the role of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
According to the leader of the Tay Nha Trang Ward Trade Union, those traditional values will continue to be the motivation for trade union officials, union members and workers in the area to promote the spirit of responsibility, innovation, creativity, and build an increasingly strong Trade Union organization in the new context.


Not only reviewing the glorious tradition, the seminar also took place in a lively atmosphere with a cultural exchange program themed "Trade Union Singing - Laborers' Aspirations", performed by grassroots trade unions and union members.
In particular, the history learning competition with the theme "Proud of Trade Union traditions - Steadfastly moving towards the future" received enthusiastic response from delegates.
Ten questions revolving around historical milestones of the Vietnam Trade Union and Khanh Hoa Trade Union created a lively atmosphere of learning about trade union history. Each correct answer was given an encouragement gift by the organizers, contributing to strengthening the connection between trade union officials and union members.

On this occasion, the Tay Nha Trang Ward Trade Union also presented 80 gifts in the "Gratitude to Workers" program, each worth 500,000 VND, presented by the Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation to union members and workers in difficult circumstances who strive to rise up in labor and life.
