Hoan Kiem Ward Trade Union organizes the 97th anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam Trade Union

Attending the anniversary ceremony were the following officials: Le Thi Kim Diep - Member of the Standing Committee of the City Labor Federation, Head of the Trade Union Affairs Committee; Truong Thi Thanh Nhan - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Ward People's Council; Nguyen Thi Ngoc Anh - Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Ward Fatherland Front Committee.

At the anniversary ceremony, the Ward Trade Union reviewed the history, traditions and development of the Vietnam Trade Union organization over the past 97 years; launched emulation and awarded decisions to establish grassroots trade unions.

Accordingly, the emulation movement "Good Labor, High Productivity, Good Income" for the period 2026 - 2031 was officially launched by the Hoan Kiem Ward Trade Union in all affiliated grassroots trade unions.

The subjects of emulation are trade union levels; officials, union members, employees, employers in agencies, units, and enterprises. The emulation period is from 2026-2031, in which 2028 will be a preliminary review and 2031 will be a summary.

The emulation movement is specifically built for each content. In which, good labor emulation includes: Emulation in studying, improving professional qualifications, professional skills and digital skills; having ideas, proposals, initiatives, technical solutions; proactively approaching and gradually mastering new technologies, modern equipment and advanced management methods in production and business, applying them to production labor, gradually improving work efficiency, and excellently completing assigned tasks.

Emulation to improve labor productivity: Emulation to promote intelligence and creativity, technical innovation solutions, application of science and technology, automation, artificial intelligence (AI) and digital transformation; proactively innovate working methods, improve working processes, production, and business, contributing to improving labor productivity.

Emulation to improve income for workers: Grassroots trade unions and employers emulation to coordinate in implementing solutions to improve the material, spiritual, income and welfare regimes for workers.

On this occasion, the Hoan Kiem Ward Trade Union also announced the Decision to establish 14 grassroots trade unions.
