Trade union officials openly share through morning coffee
Gia Lai - Over a cup of coffee, grassroots Trade Union officials comfortably shared difficulties and obstacles in their unit's operations.
On July 28, to celebrate the 97th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2026), An Phu Ward Trade Union organized the "Morning Coffee" program at the Cluster of Grassroots Trade Unions in Dak Doa commune.
This is a direct dialogue model, without cumbersome administrative procedures. All content is exchanged briefly and frankly in the spirit of listening and understanding between the parties.
The program was attended by Mr. Le Anh Hung - Standing Deputy Secretary of Dak Doa Commune Party Committee; Mr. Huynh Siem - Deputy Secretary, Chairman of Dak Doa Commune People's Committee; along with leaders and Executive Committees of grassroots trade unions in the commune.
In a friendly space, without pressure from administrative procedures, grassroots trade union officials comfortably express their thoughts and concerns close to reality.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy - Chairwoman of the grassroots Trade Union of Dak Doa Commune Health Center said: "Through a friendly conversation, we directly dialogued and frankly shared with the Party Committee, local authorities and leaders at all levels about work pressure, specific regimes and policies of the health sector as well as the thoughts of union members.
Listening and understanding right at the coffee table helps all problems to be seen with a spirit of sharing, closeness and finding ways to remove them much faster".
Mr. Le Anh Hung - Standing Deputy Secretary of Dak Doa Commune Party Committee said: "The'Morning Coffee' program organized by An Phu Ward Trade Union is not only an exchange but also a channel to listen to and record reality, helping local authorities grasp the true sharing and circumstances from the lives of workers and the activities of agencies and units. Through this, promptly have orientations and directions to remove difficulties right from the beginning.
Dak Doa commune authorities wish the Trade Union organization to continue to be a companion, an extended arm of the Party organization and government to union members and workers; build harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations, contributing to maintaining political security and promoting socio-economic development in the area.
