Commune police in Phu Tho help people find 20 million VND they dropped
On July 28, Phu Tho Provincial Police informed that Hung Viet Commune Police had just helped a resident search for and recovered more than 20 million VND lost.
Previously, at about 9 am on July 27, while moving through Hung Viet commune, Mr. H.V. T (residing in Hy Cuong commune, Phu Tho province) carelessly dropped more than 20 million VND.
Mr. T had saved the above amount to solve family matters, so when he discovered it was lost, Mr. T was extremely worried and quickly reported it to Hung Viet Commune Police.
Immediately after receiving the report, the police force urgently verified and reviewed information, and at the same time organized a search for the person who picked up the property, thereby quickly identifying the person holding the money.
After being propagated and mobilized by commune police officers, the person who picked up the property voluntarily handed it over so that the police force could complete the procedures to return it to the owner in accordance with the law.
In the afternoon of the same day, after fully verifying the related information, Hung Viet Commune Police completed the procedures and organized the return of the entire amount of more than 20 million VND to Mr. H.V. T.
