Nghe An - Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation meets and expresses gratitude to 32 businesses with over 1,000 workers, recognizing contributions in caring for workers' lives.
On the afternoon of October 10th, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation organized the program "Panel, meeting to thank businesses for workers", to celebrate Vietnamese Entrepreneurs' Day (October 13th).
Attending the program were Ms. Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province; Mr. Kha Van Tam - Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation, and representatives of 32 businesses with over 1,000 workers in the province.

Speaking at the program, Mr. Kha Van Tam said that Nghe An currently has more than 350,000 workers working at more than 15,500 businesses. The labor recruitment demand in 2026 is over 90,000 people.
The business community plays an important role in economic development, creating jobs, ensuring income and stabilizing the lives of workers.
According to Mr. Kha Van Tam, among the businesses in the area, 32 businesses with over 1,000 workers are an important force for the province's labor market.
The production and business activities and stability of these enterprises directly affect the jobs and incomes of workers as well as labor relations in the locality.

Leaders of the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of enterprises in maintaining production, creating jobs, implementing regimes for workers and coordinating with the Trade Union organization to care for workers' lives.
Mr. Kha Van Tam emphasized that protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers must be linked to building sustainable businesses.
Enterprise stability and development will create conditions to maintain and expand jobs; conversely, skilled, responsible and committed workers will contribute to improving the productivity, quality and competitiveness of enterprises.

Therefore, the Provincial Labor Federation hopes that businesses will continue to create conditions for grassroots trade unions to operate effectively, maintain substantive dialogue, and pay attention to salaries, welfare, labor safety and working conditions.
At the program, representatives of businesses shared about the production and business situation in the past time, and at the same time expressed their appreciation for the concern and companionship of the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation in caring for workers' lives.

Businesses affirm that workers are not only a force directly creating value but also the most valuable asset, the foundation for the sustainable development of businesses.
Therefore, the concern for improving life, increasing income and creating a better working environment for workers will continue to be focused on in the coming time.
