Hanoi Employment Service Center said that the recruitment structure according to technical expertise in Hanoi in September 2026 shows a clear differentiation with a superior advantage belonging to the high-skilled labor group.
The group of highly qualified workers (college and university degrees or higher) accounts for a large proportion, reaching 58.5% of the total recruitment demand. Of which, university degrees or higher account for 38.4% (university 37.5%, master's degree 0.9%) and college degrees account for 20.1%. This affirms that the top priority of businesses is to focus on attracting well-trained human resources to take on core professional, technical and management positions, serving the goal of accelerating business in the late year.
For the low-skilled labor group, the demand is maintained at 26.9% (including untrained workers accounting for 16.1% and unskilled technical workers accounting for 10.8%), in order to meet the operation of factories, production lines and general services. Meanwhile, the intermediate segment belongs to the intermediate level (13.1%) and elementary level (1.5%) accounting for a total of 14.6%, providing stable practical technical resources for the market.
Regarding the offered salaries of businesses in Hanoi in September 2026, the salary range from 10-20 million VND/month continues to maintain absolute leading position when accounting for 60.2%.
Closely following behind is the salary range from 5-10 million VND/month standing in second place with 29.5%. Meanwhile, the high-wage segment over 20 million VND/month accounts for 9.7%; the salary range under 5 million VND/month only accounts for 0.6%.
The technical - construction block still maintains its isolated breakthrough with the offered income for highly skilled engineers, workers and professional mechanics ranging commonly from 16 to 35 million VND/month depending on the nature of work and project scale," said Mr. Vu Quang Thanh - Deputy Director of Hanoi Employment Service Center.
