The research on restoring Kinh Thien Main Hall and the Main Hall space is expected to create an important highlight in the overall Heritage Area. Through this, history, architecture and court cultural values are interpreted more vividly, contributing to promoting heritage values and increasing the attractiveness of Thang Long Imperial Citadel to the domestic and international public.

In this project, the Thang Long - Hanoi Heritage Conservation Center identifies two core pillars: Preserving the original relic in its original state: Absolutely protecting the underground cultural layers and preserving the original relic left by our ancestors to maintain the authenticity of the heritage for future generations to continue researching.

Restoration on a scientific basis: The entire restoration and restoration process strictly complies with the Nara Document on authenticity and professional guidance from UNESCO and the International Council for Monuments and Sites (ICOMOS).

Through this, the project solves the "legacy interpretation" problem, helping domestic and international tourists to directly admire and feel the ancient royal architecture space instead of just listening to introductions.
