On September 29, Da Nang City People's Committee issued Official Dispatch No. 9793/UBND-HCC on arranging work on Saturday mornings every week at the City Public Administrative Service Center to receive, process, and return administrative procedure results in some fields.
Accordingly, the Chairman of Da Nang City People's Committee agreed to organize the implementation of guidance, receiving dossiers and returning results of administrative procedure settlement at the City Public Administrative Service Center (No. 03 Ly Tu Trong, Hai Chau ward, Da Nang City) every Saturday morning for administrative procedures under the jurisdiction of the Department of Construction, Department of Finance and City Land Registration Office, from October 1st.
The Chairman of the City People's Committee requested the Department of Construction, the Department of Finance and the Department of Agriculture and Environment (City Land Registration Office) to proactively arrange civil servants, public employees, and staff to guide, receive and return administrative procedure results on Saturday mornings every week at the City Public Administrative Service Center.
