On September 28, at the Government Headquarters, Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Prime Minister Ho Quoc Dung chaired a meeting with relevant ministries and agencies to continue reviewing and completing the contents of the draft revised Land Law project, ensuring feasibility, efficiency, and minimizing obstacles in the implementation process.

At the meeting on September 21 on the draft Land Law (amended), Deputy Prime Minister Ho Quoc Dung assigned the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment (MARD) to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to continue to review, carefully study, and unify the plan in the draft law, ensuring feasibility, efficiency, and minimizing obstacles in the implementation process after promulgation.

Regarding the issue of notarization, the Deputy Prime Minister assigned the Ministry of Justice to have specific opinions and viewpoints on the regulations on notarization and authentication in the draft law on September 28.

Regarding the regulations on payment for BT contracts, the Deputy Prime Minister agreed on the content but requested strict regulations to ensure that no loss of state assets occurs, and at the same time prevent violations.
