The Law on Artificial Intelligence clearly states that the state encourages the development and application of new-generation artificial intelligence, improving governance and production capacity.

The State encourages the development and application of new-generation artificial intelligence, promotes innovation, improves governance, production, business capacity and provides public services.

Organizations, individuals, businesses, research institutions and state agencies are encouraged to exploit, share and reuse data in the National Database on Artificial Intelligence to serve research, training, piloting and innovating, ensuring compliance with data laws, personal data protection, network security and intellectual property.

The Government stipulates in detail the mechanism, conditions and implementation process of measures to support the development of the ecosystem and the artificial intelligence market.
