Hue mobilizes and appoints Commanders of the Military Commands in 40 communes and wards
HUE - The Hue City Military Command announced the decision to transfer and appoint 40 Commanders of the Military Commands of communes and wards.
On January 14, the Hue City Military Command held a conference to announce the decision to reorganize the Military Commands of communes and wards and hand over decisions on the transfer and appointment of 40 Commanders of the Commune-level Military Commands.
At the conference, the City Military Command announced the decisions of the Ministry of National Defense and the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army on reorganizing the Commune-level Military Command; the decision of the City People's Committee on dismissing officers of the Military Command of 40 communes and wards and the decision of the Military Region Command to transfer and appoint 40 officers to hold the position of Commander of the Military Command of the commune and ward.
In his speech, Major General Pham Van Dong - Political Commissar of Military Region 4 emphasized that perfecting the organization, staffing and bringing officers to the Military Command at the commune level is a major policy to build a strong local military force, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation. At the same time, he requested local Party committees and authorities to create conditions for the Military Commands of communes and wards to operate effectively, successfully completing military and defense tasks.
