Hanoi launches digital transformation application shared at 3 levels
On the morning of March 3, the Hanoi Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision on digital transformation applications shared at 3 levels in Party, Government and mass organizations.
The conference took place at the City Party Committee Headquarters Hall, connecting online to 281 connecting points with the participation of more than 6,300 delegates from districts, towns and cities across the city.
At the Conference, Head of Hanoi City Party Committee Organizing Committee, Deputy Head of the Steering Committee for conversion of the number of Hanoi Party agencies and mass organizations announced the decision of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee on the promulgation of the list of 3 -level shared numerical conversion applications in the Party, authorities, the Fatherland Front and Hanoi Political and Social Organizations.
Accordingly, the list of digital transformation applications shared at 3 levels in Party agencies, authorities, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of Hanoi city includes 2 types with 8 applications.
For management and operation software, there are 4 applications: Public service electronic letter system; Document management and operation system; Monitoring and task urging communication; Documentless meeting room. For professional management software, there are 4 applications: System for building work programs and work schedules; virtual assistant for document questioning; virtual assistant for supporting examination and appraisal; Digital signature for official duties.



These application software are the premises for building shared data in the Party agency and government of the city to unify the management, sharing and exploitation of shared data towards integrating 3-level data throughout the city.
When put into operation, the applications will be effective support tools in management and direction throughout all levels in the city's political system. From there, it will change the thinking, guidelines, and working methods, because all professional activities are carried out completely in the digital environment.
