Preparing to launch the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization application on mobile phones

Implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation development; the policy of implementing the Party's Digital Ecosystem for propaganda and mass mobilization; Based on the direction of General Secretary To Lam at the National Conference summarizing propaganda and mass mobilization work in 2025, the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee will preside over the development of an application of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization sector ( Application for General propagandists) on mobile phones.

According to the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee, this is a multimedia information platform serving the entire propaganda and mass mobilization sector across the country, helping cadres, party members and people of all walks of life easily access information. Thereby, promoting the dissemination, dissemination, and dissemination of the Party's guidelines and the State's laws and policies to the masses.

At the same time, it is a channel to receive and process recommendations and reflections from cadres, party members, and people to agencies of the Party, State, and Government, contributing to effectively serving the work of advising on the development and completion of policies and practices towards the people and creating development.

Recently, at the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, a working session and report on the launch of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Information System Application ( Application TGDV) was held. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Trinh Van Quyet - Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission.

At the meeting, Mr. Trinh Van Quyet emphasized the long-term-oriented requirements for the application: The TGDV App must be really useful for users, solve big problems in data and the application of artificial intelligence (AI), build a data warehouse deep enough and wide enough to effectively serve propaganda and mass mobilization work in the new context.

Previously, at the National Conference summarizing the Party's propaganda and mass mobilization work in 2025, deploying tasks for 2026, General Secretary To Lam expressed his impression of the Report on the digital ecosystem in the Party's propaganda and mass mobilization work; demonstrated the positivity in digital transformation, grasped science and technology, and applied in work.

The General Secretary requested the entire sector to focus on disseminating and disseminating knowledge, so that propaganda and mass mobilization cadres nationwide can grasp the requirements and understand the work to implement the task plan in the coming time.

The industry also needs to have effective management solutions to reduce "virtual" information, "hacked" information, and fake information in cyberspace; if done, it will reduce crime, reduce negativity, improve data, make society healthy, and keep people's trust.

The TGDV App launch ceremony is expected to be held on January 15.
