Appointing 78 cadres as Commanders of the Commune-level Military Command in Quang Tri
Quang Tri - 78 cadres were transferred and appointed to the position of Commander of the Military Command of communes, wards and special zones in the province.
On January 14, the Quang Tri Provincial Military Command (CHQS) held a conference to announce the decisions of the Ministry of National Defense and the General Staff on reorganizing the Military Commands of communes, wards and special zones and handing over decisions on the transfer and appointment of cadres to meet the requirements and tasks in the new situation.
Attending and directing the conference were Major General Le Hong Nhan - Member of the Standing Committee of the Military Region Party Committee, Deputy Commander - Chief of Staff of Military Region 4. Also attending were leaders of the 4th Military Region agencies; Mr. Tran Vu Khiem - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee; leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial Military Command and representatives of departments, branches, sectors and localities in the province.
At the conference, the Quang Tri Provincial Military Command announced the Decision of the Minister of National Defense and the Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army on reorganizing and promulgating the organization and staffing of the Military Commands of communes, wards and special zones under the Provincial Military Command; at the same time, announced the decision of the Military Region 4 Command on the transfer and appointment of officers to hold the position of Commander of the Commune-level Military Command.
Accordingly, the Provincial Military Command presented the decision and presented flowers to congratulate 78 officers who were transferred and appointed to the position of Commander of the Military Command of communes, wards and special zones. The transfer and appointment is carried out in accordance with the process, ensuring the principle of democratic centralism, publicity and transparency; the appointed cadres all have strong political will, good moral qualities, and meet the requirements of the tasks in the new period.
In his speech, Major General Le Hong Nhan acknowledged and commended the Party Committee and the Military Command of Quang Tri province for thoroughly grasping and seriously implementing the decisions of superiors. At the same time, it is required that newly appointed cadres quickly grasp the local situation, proactively advise local Party committees and authorities; promote the core role in building militia and self-defense forces, reserve and motivation forces.
In the immediate future, the Military Commands of communes, wards and special zones focus on implementing well the work of selecting and calling citizens to join the army in 2026; improving the quality of training, combat readiness; closely coordinating with forces to ensure security and safety to serve important political events and for people to enjoy Spring and celebrate Binh Ngo Festival safely and healthily.
Immediately after the conference, the Quang Tri Provincial Military Command organized the assignment of specific tasks to 78 newly transferred and appointed cadres.
