250 people participate in environmental protection in Nha Trang
Khanh Hoa - Many people participate in the "Green Sunday" program to join hands in protecting the environment in Nha Trang ward.
On the morning of September 27, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nha Trang ward organized the "Green Sunday" program in September with the theme "Joining hands to clean the sea - Spreading a green lifestyle".
The event was held at Tay Hai Residential Group, attracting about 250 participants, including Front officials, union members, youth, members of socio-political organizations of the ward, officers and soldiers of Nha Trang Port Border Guard Station and people in the area.
In the Tay Hai embankment area, forces organize the collection and classification of waste; clean up the beach area, coastal roads and residential areas; remove illegal advertisements and classified ads.
In addition, forces propagate and mobilize people to raise awareness of environmental protection, build a civilized urban lifestyle; promote the spirit of solidarity and responsibility of the community in maintaining a green - clean - beautiful environmental landscape.
At the program, leaders of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nha Trang ward and representatives of a business operating in the area presented 7 trash cans to the residential area.
The activity is organized to implement the Project to launch the emulation movement "All people join hands to protect the environment, for a green - clean - beautiful Vietnam" in Nha Trang ward in the period 2026-2030.
