Solid rear for female trade union officials

For many years dedicated to professional work and trade union activities, Ms. Do Thi Hoai - Vice President of the grassroots Trade Union of the Institute of Surveying and Mapping Science (under the Vietnam Agriculture and Environment Trade Union) - has left a mark with dynamism, responsibility and a spirit of constant innovation.

Behind those achievements is a family that always shares, where the husband silently accompanies and the children strive to grow up.

In her professional work as well as trade union activities, Ms. Do Thi Hoai is always known as a dynamic, dedicated and responsible female official.

In the role of Vice Chairwoman of the Grassroots Trade Union of the Institute of Surveying and Mapping Science, she constantly researches and innovates working methods, pays attention to the rights of union members, contributing to building a united and strong collective.

From 2021 to 2025, she continuously excellently completed her tasks; 5 consecutive years achieving the title "Good at work - Good at home" and for many years being recognized as a grassroots emulation soldier.

These efforts are recognized by many awards: Certificate of Merit from the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment, Certificate of Merit from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and especially the Third-class Labor Medal awarded by the President.

For her, each award is not only recognition of her personal efforts but also the joy and pride of her family - a place that always follows and shares with her in her work journey.

To be able to wholeheartedly focus on work, Ms. Hoai has a special support: her life partner Tran Van Vo.

Not standing in front, Mr. Vo chooses to accompany behind, with sharing and sympathy in family life. He always supports and creates conditions for his wife to pursue her studies, research and improve her professional qualifications.

From her master's years to the research process and when she completed the program and achieved a doctorate degree, the companionship of her husband became an important source of motivation for her to be able to persevere with the path she had chosen.

Studying and researching inherently requires a lot of time, concentration and no small effort. In difficult periods, her husband's encouragement and sympathy helped Ms. Hoai become more steadfast and feel secure in completing her professional work as well as her academic goals.

Behind a trade union official who is dedicated to the collective, to union members, there is also a husband who is willing to share the work of the family so that his wife has more time to contribute.

If the husband is the fulcrum for Ms. Hoai to feel secure in her work, then the children are the joy and proud achievement of the family.

The eldest son now has a stable job and confidently starts a career with his own ability.

The second child has just welcomed the joy of being admitted to the first wish at the Faculty of International Accounting, Academy of Finance, after many years of continuously achieving the title of excellent student.

These results come not only from the efforts of the children but also the result of the process of parents caring, orienting and creating a family environment that values learning and personality training.

From 2021 to 2026, her family was recognized as a typical family of the Agriculture and Environment sector. But behind those titles is a simple story about a home that knows how to love, share and move forward together.
