Da Nang - Da Nang City Traditional Medicine Hospital coordinates with the Trade Union to present more than 270 Mid-Autumn Festival gifts to children of officials and employees at the unit.

On September 25, Da Nang City Traditional Medicine Hospital said that in order to care for the spiritual life of children of officials, employees, and laborers, Da Nang City Traditional Medicine Hospital has coordinated with the grassroots Trade Union to organize the Mid-Autumn Festival Fun program.

The activity not only brings a joyful and bustling atmosphere to the children of officials, civil servants, and workers, but also reaches out to pediatric patients being treated as inpatients and outpatients at the hospital.

This year, the program has awarded more than 270 gifts with a total organizational budget of more than 40 million VND.

Here, children participate in many useful entertainment activities such as lantern procession, breaking feasts, watching lion dances and enjoying special art performances.

Ms. Nguyen Phuong Thao - Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Da Nang City Traditional Medicine Hospital said: "This is an annual activity jointly implemented by the Trade Union and the Hospital with the desire to create a useful playground for children, helping them have innocent and joyful childhood memories.

Through this, the Board of Directors and the Hospital Trade Union want to send thoughtful care to the spiritual life of union members, workers and their families".

As a medical staff member whose child participated in the program, Ms. Mac Thi Bich Chi shared: "The hospital has maintained this activity for many years. Playgrounds like this are very practical, contributing to making children's childhood more lively and meaningful.

We really hope that the Trade Union and the Hospital will continue to maintain and organize more activities to care for the spiritual life of workers' children in the coming time.

Maintaining periodic care activities not only demonstrates the role of the Trade Union organization in accompanying union members and workers, but also creates motivation for the collective of doctors and medical staff to feel secure in their work and successfully complete the task of taking care of people's health.
